Your CV Tailor provides AI-powered CV optimization and job-fit analysis through WhatsApp, using approved business communication tools.

1. Service Description

  • Users submit CVs and job descriptions through WhatsApp.
  • The service generates tailored CVs and analysis reports designed to improve application clarity and relevance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old to use this service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content.
  • Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or malicious activity.
  • Disrupt the proper functioning of the app.
  • Misuse the service in ways that violate Meta or WhatsApp platform policies.

4. User Content and Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the CVs, job descriptions, and other data you provide.
  • By submitting content, you give permission for it to be processed only to deliver the requested service.
  • We do not verify the authenticity or accuracy of your submissions.

5. Data Privacy and Retention

  • Submitted CVs and job descriptions are processed only to provide the service.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for advertising.
  • Session data is deleted automatically after 1 hour, and uploaded files plus generated outputs are deleted after 24 hours.
  • You may request earlier deletion at any time.

6. AI Disclaimer

Outputs are designed to support and improve your job search. We cannot guarantee employment, interviews, or recruiter responses, because those depend on factors outside our control.

7. Service Availability

We aim for reliable availability, but the service may be suspended, limited, or modified for maintenance, security, or legal compliance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your CV Tailor is not liable for:

  • Employment outcomes or lost opportunities.
  • Reliance on AI-generated outputs.
  • Unauthorized use of your WhatsApp account to access the service.

9. Meta and WhatsApp Policies

By using the service, you also agree to comply with Meta and WhatsApp terms, conditions, and policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes will be handled by the courts in Ghana.
